          Learning Outcomes

The learner will gain knowledge in key concepts, methods and techniques used for effective inventory management; this will include: 

• Introduction to inventory – e.g., inventory types, categorizations policies, costs, efficiencies. 
• Inventory control and models – e.g., EOQ, ROP, JIT. 
• Inventory methods – e.g., FIFO, LIFC, analysis. 
• Inventory in Supply Chain – strategic decisions.

           Content of Training

The below topics will be covered:

• Introduction to inventory·
• Inventory control and models.
• Inventory methods·
• Inventory in Supply Chain.

           ِAssessment method

Participants will be assessed through classwork activities and direct evaluation of completed work.

           Teaching and Learning Methods  

• Lecture-discussion. 
• Class activities. 
• Case studies.

           Certification 

Certificates of completion will be issued to learners who attend 80% of the course sessions.

           Duration 

The program duration is 20 hours over 5 working days. The training schedule will be 4 hours a day.
